RFI: Teaching resources in Community Health

Some time ago I asked for information on an announced second edition
of the research proposal development tool: Health Systems Research
Training Series (Varkevisser, Pathmanathan, Brownlee). I was told it
was about to come out, but have failed to find out where and when. I
want to have some information of this - and other resources - that
can be used by students and teachers in our M.Phil. in International
Community Health Course. Similar didactic tools in Designing & Con-
ducting Qualitative Research Projects in health are also welcome.
