Try contacting the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health, John
Mulwa. He is a Kenyan and also very approachable. Places to visit
should include Francistown as well as Gaborone but it depends what the
purpose of the visit is. Is it in relation to your re-configuration of
hospital services in Uganda?
