(UK) Government urges under-16s to experiment with oral sex (7)

Let's unite all and come against this (oral sex), as it will not im-
prove the situation as far as STDs and HIV/AIDS is concerned.
Let's discuss about other means, which are more practical and have
been used in other countries like Uganda.
For those who are religious/non religious people this is not moral
and we should not support it at all.
