Unite For Sight

Dear all,
I am writing on behalf of the global humanitarian organization
"Unite For Sight", which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization
that prevents blindness internationally. Unite For Sight Field
Teams will prescribe eyeglasses, implement community health pro-
grams to prevent river blindness and trachoma, and arrange for
and fund cataract surgeries during Summer 2004 in Ghana, Benin,
Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya.
We would also very much like to start Unite For Sight chapters
in universities and communities in African countries, and we
also welcome the participation of students and adults in the
United States who are interested in helping to design and imple-
ment Unite For Sight programs. Additionally, we are seeking
translators to translate our brochures about trachoma and river
blindness for distribution in African countries.
