Dear Friends of MSH,
Today we commemorate the global efforts to effectively control a preventable disease that afflicts more than half a billion people across the globe.
With malaria programs in more than 25 countries, MSH is involved in a broad spectrum of treatment and prevention initiatives, including pharmaceutical management, child and maternal health, and performance-based financing.
MSH focuses on support that is vital to effective and sustainable malaria control at all levels of the health system. We conduct national malaria prevention and control assessments; make antimalarial drugs available to those who need them most; and introduce malaria prevention programs including insecticide-treated mosquito net (ITN) programs.
