E-drug: Access to drugs for compassionate use (cont)
---------------------------------------------
Dear Ms. Blake:

In the Philippines, we give permits for compassionate use when the patient
requesting for it can comply with the requirements set on the Department of
Health's Administrative Order for Compassionate Use. However, the request
must undergo study/review by the Bureau of Food and Drug, the
National Drug Policy and Dangerous Drugs Board for
Restricted/Prohibited Drugs. I have attached a copy of the said
Administrative Order for your reference.
