E-drug: AIDS Drug Prices

I have been asked to speak in a debate on Compulsory Licensing and
Parallel Importing to improve access to AIDS drugs at the Durban AIDS
conference. In preparation for this debate I am trying to collect
prices of drugs in both the public and private sectors for a number
of AIDS and other drugs.
I wonder if I could ask list members to send me or my assistant Fouad Pervez
[ fpervez@bu.edu <mailto:fpervez@bu.edu> ] in this activity, the
prices in the public and private sector for the following drugs.
Zidovudine (AZT) 100mg caps
Didanosine (ddI) 100mg tabs
Zalcitabine (ddC) 0.75mg tabs
Stavudine (d4T) 40mg caps
Abacavir (ABC) 300mg tabs
Lamivudine (3TC) 150mg tabs
Neverapine (NVP) 200mg tabs
Delavirdine (DLV) 100mg tabs
Efaviranez (EFV) 100mg tabs
Saquinavir (SQV) 200mg caps
Ritonavir (RTV) 100mg caps
Indinavir (IDV) 400mg caps
Nelfinavir (NFV) 250mg tabs
I have recently undertaken a similar exercise for TB drugs and I have
