E-drug: Antibiotic suppository

Greetings all!
I am looking for an antibiotic in suppository anywhere in the world
containing either chloramphenicol or a cephalosporin (preferably a 3rd
generation) for use in children in the developing world or any company
interested in developing such a formulation in collaboration with the WHO.
Any offers?
