E-DRUG: Central Medical Stores computer systems

Dear e-druggers.
I am interested in hearing from countries that use a commercially
available computer software (other than mSupply) for drug management
at the Central Medical Stores and/or peripheral health facilities if
applicable.
I am keen to understand the usefulness or limitations of this
software in both recording and reporting drug supplies
(a) received from suppliers, and
(b) drugs distributed to health facilities, and ultimately how this contributes to accurate forecasting for
procurement. Comments on the level of support from the manufacturer
of the software during problems would also be great.
If countries have been using software customized for their needs that
has been useful for their needs, I would also like to hear from you.
