E-drug: Cost-effectiveness of STD treatment in HIV prevention?

To whom this may concern:
My name is Abigail Wright, I am in the process of reviewing an
article on the cost-effectiveness of STD treatments in the prevention of
HIV transmission-- The article cites drug cost estimates from the 1993
unit prices of drugs provided through the national Essential Drugs
Program. This study was conducted in Tanzania. I currently need the
previous and current drug cost listings and I thought because they were
based on the Essential Drugs Program-- someone at WHO might be able to
point me in the right direction. If you have any information on this
subject it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
