E-DRUG: Dapsone Poisoning

We have a two year old child who has ingested four tablets of
dapsone. Can anyone provide us with the latest information regarding
dapsone toxicity and its management? How else, besides spectrophotometry
(not possible here), can methaemoglobinaemia be detected? Please send
