E-drug: Delivery of INRUD News

It has just come to our notice that the October 2001 copy of the
INRUD News has not been delivered to a number of places. This is
very sad as INRUD is opening to new member groups and the
details of the new By-laws and application procedures and forms
are included in this issue.
We are assured that the October 2001 copies will eventually be
delivered and are doing everything we can to expedite this. We are
also sending out more copies.
