Dear E-drug subscribers,
My colleagues in the field of Health Technology Assessment are gathering
information on national and large HMO formularies.

We would sincerely appreciate your assistance in sending us:

1) links to such formularies which will enable us to clarify whether
specific medications/devices are included

2) information on whether items in the formulary are partially or fully
covered by public funding.

3) information on items removed from the formulary and the considerations involved

This would be of great significance to both researchers and decision-makers in our field.

Since drugs are funded provincially in Canada each province develops its own
formulary. Here is a web site that provides links to each individual
provincial formulary <http://www.chaps.ucalgary.ca/Links/formularies.htm&gt;\.
Unfortunately you won't find information about deleted products in these
formularies.
