Today, DNDi announced results from a Phase II/III study on the safety and
efficacy of single-dose acoziborole in the treatment of human African
trypanosomiasis (HAT), which were also published in The Lancet Infectious
Diseases. The clinical trial was led by DNDi and partners in the Democratic
Republic of Congo (DRC) and Guinea and showed a treatment success rate after 18 months of up to 95%.
