E-drug: Drug price structure

Dear e-druggers,
We are an international association of 42 federations of mutual health
funds in 32 countries, mainly in Europe, but also also in Africa,
Mahgreb, Latin America and the Middle East. We are gathering
information on the drug price structure in different countries. I've got
the figures for Europe. Who can give me some information on drug
price structure for Africa (South Africa and the other Subsaharan
Countries), Mahgreb and Latin America: namely in the retail price of a
drug under prescription and without prescription, what is the share in
% of :
- the VAT
- the pharmacist
- the wholesaler
- and the manufacturer.
