Dear e-drug list,
I would like to apologise to all for posting my previous response. It turned
out to be absolutely wrong.
I personally drew the wrong conclusions from my sources of information.
I have today been informed by a person that is much more involved, that
this matter remains unresolved and is something that is still ongoing.
Personally I would welcome more info and discussion on practices like this
in Europe.
