E-drug: E-drug moderator switch

Dear E-drug friends,
During the last couple of months I have moderated the E-drug
forum. Because of a busy agenda in the next few months I'll hand it
over now to Tim Dodd. Tim is new in the group of moderators, but
you may recognize his name from regular contributions to the
forum.
Tim is a very knowledgeable pharmacist with considerable
experience in pharmaceutical issues in his native Scotland, as well
as in a number of developing countries.
