E-drug: Essential drugs and health reform in Guatemala

Dear E-drug colleagues,
I am Dr. Victor Lara, a GTZ Advisor working with the Health
Sector Reform in Guatemala. I am a technical advisor from the
German Technical Cooperation. Main activities in essential drugs
include policy review at national and regional level, information
systems, use of drugs in the public health sector services;
"reaching the poor" e-drugs program, revolving funds in the local
level.
We need more information about these issues to share with local
health workers in order to promote new initiatives.
