Comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of the Global Strategy and Plan of Action on Public Health, Innovation and Intellectual Property- web-based public survey

In response to resolution WHA68.18 of the World Health Assembly, WHO Evaluation Office has commissioned Capra International Inc. to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of the Global Strategy and Plan of Action on Public Health, Innovation and Intellectual Property.

Global strategy and plan of action on public health, innovation and intellectual property

The main objective of the evaluation is to undertake an independent and objective assessment of the status of implementation of the eight elements of the global strategy, in order to document achievements, gaps and remaining challenges and make recommendations on the way forward.

In support of this evaluation, a web-based public survey will be conducted until 15 August 2016, and is intended to elicit inputs from stakeholders mentioned in the global strategy, such as the civil society, charitable foundations, national and international research institutions, academia and other interested stakeholders who have not been covered through any other methods.
