E-DRUG: Framework contracts for drug procurement

Dear e-druggers,

I am looking for documentation on framework contracting. I am especially interested in guidelines and tender documents including sample framework contracts as well as in experiences with this type of procurement for medicines and medical supplies. Can any one help me or tell me where I can find more information?
