E-DRUG: Funding model and contracting options for community pharmacist services

Dear E-druggers,
In or around 2009, a working group involving representatives from New Zealand's Pharmacy Guild, Pharmaceutical Society and a group of 14 DHBs got together to consider funding and contracting approaches for various categories of client populations served by community pharmacists.
The result was a discussion paper entitled "Funding Model and Contracting Options for Community Pharmacist Services", which was compiled by Alexander Consulting Ltd in April 2009.

I am interested in knowing if the recommendations from this event were eventually approved for implementation by the pharmacy authorities in New Zealand and would appreciate any links to any follow-up documents.
Also, is anyone aware of similar approached implemented in other countries?
