E-DRUG: HIV Drug Donation
Please tell me what is the procedure to donate a drug to combat
AIDS in Africa.Sincerely,

In response to Paul' requests, some of my initial questions are the
usual why and to what extent? Please don't see my responses as being
negative, I am merely trying to determine to what degree Paul would like to
get involved.
Would this donation apply to both the public and private sector?
Is it aimed at a specific country/govt/NGO?
Are the intended products currently being used, or are they "new"
products? The registration procedures would have to be addressed.
What returns are expected from the donation/project, if any.
