E-DRUG: ICH and women

Anne Rochon Ford (annerf@web.ca) sent me the URL for another review of ICH,
titled "Who benefits: International harmonisation of the regulation of new
pharmaceutical drugs".
It views ICH from a Canadian perspective and considers the specific
implications for women's health. The original work was done by John Abraham
of the UK.
