E-DRUG: India may drag EU to WTO on seizure of drugs in transit (2)

Hi E-druggers,
I appreciate the Government of India's stand on the issue. It is desired that the Dutch action be opposed at all levels. They should not be not allowed to get away with unreasonable laws which are unhealthy for the health of the poor. Had the laws been not affecting the world health, we have no business to comment, but since the strangulation is throttling the poor and marginalised, strong opposition for early solution is must.
Hope the EU authorities will wake up to the clarion call and show thier commitment to world health.
