E-DRUG: India urges African nations over anti-generic laws (6)

Dear E-Druggers,
The Indian Government should take necessary actions to ensure the quality of the Indian label before urging African nations over anti-generic law. In the actual context, it's left to the buyer to take precautions through pre-qualification of manufacturers, inspections etc which are both time consuming and expensive. Let's face it: some manufacturers have happily and abundantly flooded other countries with substandard drugs and the Indian Government has long been blind to that. So long the Indian Government cannot guarantee the quality of the generics produced in India, then India doesn't have the moral right to make such an appeal.
