E-DRUG: International Association of Public Health Logistician updating database

Dear E-Druggers,
To allow IAPHL to better serve the public health supply chain community we
are undergoing a global update of our membership database. Whether you are
a current member or wish to become an IAPHL member, we would like you to
fill out our Member Update Survey below.
IAPHL is comprised of 4,000+ members that share and participate in this
vibrant learning community. The IAPHL team is collecting information so
that we can better suit member needs based on where you live and your role.
The more we know about you the better we can serve you. The data collected
will be kept securely by IAPHL and used internally.
Everyone who completes the survey will receive an e-certificate recognizing
your IAPHL membership.
By completing all required fields in the form (link below), you will be
entered into a drawing to win an IAPHL bundle (pin, t-shirt, bag, etc).
Forty (40) winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by email.
