E-DRUG: Intravenous N acetylcysteine

The Question is:
In a country where the IV form of a drug is not available, as in the case of N Acetylcysteine, but you have a pharmacy which can prepare the IV form, under recommended conditions, from an inhalational preparation of the same drug, would it be proper to request them to make such drugs for a cllinical trial purpose?
