Dear E-druggers

This call to action has been published in today's Lancet. The world can no longer afford to ignore this issue and needs to establish robust mechanisms to ensure accountability for "access", writ large - in other words, including not just availability, but accessibility, affordability, responsible use, quality and the development of missing essential medicines.

I agree with your comments and would add the word 'acceptability' to your list. Children are often having to cope with dosage forms designed for adults.
