Hello All E-Druggers,
Thank you to all E-Druggers who wrote to me after my previous posting about my move to Boston and about these UWC courses.
I am writing to remind all E-Druggers that there are some places still available on these exciting courses that will be held at the University of Western Cape at the end of June (RMU) and in early July for Supply Chain Management.
I will be participating in the Rational Medicine Use course which is jointly organized between University of Western Cape and Management Sciences for Health in South Africa. We will have a very strong team of facilitators and we already have a number of international participants coming. So I do think it will be interesting and will be a very rewarding course.
During the course I will be giving the David Sanders annual guest lecture. The title I have chosen is "Access to Medicines - The struggle continues!" Now that I have left WHO, I can say what I really think and need not worry about being diplomatic! This lecture will probably be on the evening on June 25th.
I do hope to see many E-Druggers at these courses. The detailed brochure is available at http://www.uwc.ac.za/Faculties/CHS/soph/Documents/WS_2014_2New_Med_Courses_final.pdf
