[e-drug] List of Drugs with New Active Ingredients (1939-2005)

Dear e-drug member,

To finish my dissertation on the topic of the Innovation in the U.S.
pharmaceutical industry, I set up a list of drugs that are supposed to be
NCEs (New chemical entity). NCEs are drugs with active ingredient that
have not been approved before in the U.S. market at the time of approval.
I hope there are some of you who have spare time left and can take a look
of the 1243 drugs listed. I would like to know whether there are drugs in
the list that are not NCEs according to your opinion. Or whether there are
dugs that are not in the list and should be there. The drugs are compiled
in the approval period 1939-2005.

Additionally, I have information on dosage, form, sponsor and the date of
the approval.

People who are interested can contact me for the list : pattikawa@few.eur.nl

I would appreciate your help.

Kind regards,
