E-drug: Literature review pharmacist workforce (2)

I'm aware of a literature that describes the problem and also some
contributory elements, but not of any formal assessments of strategies
to address the problem, apart from periods of compulsory government
service, and even there the focus has generally been health
professionals other than pharmacists (see Reid SJ, Conco D. Monitoring
the implementation of community service for doctors in South Africa.
