E-drug: Management of essential drugs utilisation

Dear all,
I am designing a course for health professionals to appreciate their
different roles in the MANAGEMENT of essential drugs utilisation
(WHO definition). The question I would like to pose is "what do you
understand by management of essential drugs utilisation?" An
additional question would be, "if you were to attend such a course
what would you expect to learn?"
I would like to combine my experience as a consumer activist,
regulator and promoter of rational use of drugs, in the process.
