I agree with George
Our experience, operating in a third world country is that you have to
be very proactive as a Pharmacist and take your rightful place in
patient management. You also need to build bridges and work with other
healthcare workers especially doctors. It is amazing how with time the
demand for pharmacist in put in patient management increases when other
workers recognize your good contribution.
