E-DRUG: MSF - Brazil rejects patent on an essential AIDS medicine (3)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi,
I am proud of the action taken by Brazilian patent office in this matter. May other marginalised countries take a lesson from this and follow the precedence to oppose the designs of rich pharmaceutical companies. To ensure quality essential medicines for population in need is the built in duty of the Governments. And nothing should be allowed to come in between in delivering these. Great work. Appreciated.
