E-DRUG: MSF publishes 4-pager on ARV fixed-dose combinations (2)

MSF is doing a great job in the diffrent countries. I am concerned about a
blanket a recommendation for ARV -FDCs based on 11,000 people in the 20
disparate countries there are in. This is irrespective of what the WHO says.
Each DRA in each country must promote a thorough operations research before
encouraging ARV-FDCs. There are problems, for example, WHAT IF AN INDIVIDUAL
EXPERIENCES AN ADVERSE REACTION? IS THE WHOLE COMBINATION TO BE BLAMED? In
terms of stocking can African countries afford single/seperate ARVs and
FDCs?
