E-DRUG: New Briefs from Medicines Law & Policy

Dear E-drug readers,
We have posted two new briefings on our website: one on supplementary protection certificate (SPC) and truvada by Pascale Boulet and one responding to the Dutch Minister of Health's note on compulsory licensing which we felt needed some further clarification. The last one is only available in Dutch.
Our 'briefs' section signals a new area of work for us.
In addition to SPCs, we will be working on briefs on data exclusivity and orphan drug regulation.
