E-DRUG: New heat-stable oxytocin alternative (8)

This formulation of heat stable oxytocin has been around in Kenya for
about five years now. The API is indicated as oxytocin and not carbetocin.
Not sure how different this new formulation is. But in terms of cost, the
heat stable is almost ten times cheaper. Ksh30 vs ksh140 of the cold 
chain. However, there have been reports of low potency compared to the
traditional cold chain oxytocin.
