One of the resources you can use is by contacting FIP (www.fip.nl) where the 3 countries are member associations. They should be able to help you with the numbers of pharmacists in those 3 countries based on the information these Associations submit to FIP that is used to determine membership fees.
Alternatively contact the Associations directly below although I could only come across the e-mail address for Ghana:
