E-DRUG: Paper on India's Patent Amendments

As you are aware, India has introduced full product patent protection in
pharmaceuticals on 1 January, 2005 through a Presidential decree (Patents
(Amendment) Ordinance, 2004) issued on 26 December, 2004. This follows two
other amendments carried out in 1999 and 2002 to change Indias patent law
in line with TRIPS. I have written a paper analyzing the impact of all
these three amendments on Indias pharmaceutical patent regime. Those
