E-drug: Parallel Importation

Dear colleagues,
I am currently doing research on parallel drug importation
experiences in developing and developed countries. I have
encountered in my search House Resolution 1885 or the
International Prescription Drug Parity Act of the United States. I do
not know if this resolution had been passed by Congress into law.
I would like to know on the status of the resolution. Can anyone
also provide me with some input on their experiences with parallel
drug importation in their country? Your information will be much
appreciated.
