E-drug: Patient education

Dear all
I recently joined E-drug. I am a pharmacist and believe that patient
education is very important for the patient's health. This is well
developed in western countries, but has only recently started in our
country.
What are good tools to help in educating the patient? Who will do it
and how to do it? Are there brochures that we can use? I am
interested in knowing the different opinions on this area.
