E-drug: Pharmacoeconomic guidelines (cont)

Further to my posting about Canadian pharmacoeconomic guidelines. The ones
from the Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment can
either be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat form or ordered through the CCOHTA
web site: <www.ccohta.ca/main-e.html>. The Ontario guidelines are, I
think, being updated as the one published in 1994 can no longer be ordered.
It is also not available on the web. British Columbia, contrary to what I
said earlier, does not have its own set of guidelines but uses both the
ones from Ontario and the CCOHTA.
