E-drug: Prices in Spain, Germany and United States.

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum to ask this question, but I would
greatly appreciate any help that anyone could offer.
I am trying to obtain pharmaceutical prices in Spain, Germany and the
United States over the past twenty years. For the United States, I
have been relying on the PDR and the Drug Topics Red Book to compile
prices. I was wondering if anyone knew of similar reference books
that exist for Spain, Germany or Europe as a whole, or perhaps, a
historical price database for any of these three countries.
The ultimate goal of the project is to use this data to analyze how
government regulations affect drug pricing and the rate of
pharmaceutical innovations.
