E-DRUG: Re: CD-ROMs/Books for developing countries

Dear E-druggers,

1. Copyrights belong to the party providing the printed
information and when transferring this to CD this has to be
paid.

2. Any computer with an empty slot can be connected to a simple
external CD-ROM player costing anything between $ 100 and $ 200.
When a soundcard is also necessary the simplest version of
Soundblaster will do, and this package is also remarkably cheap.

Even cheaper, though illegal, Chinese copies are available almost
everywhere in Asia and Africa.
