Dear friends,
We here at Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital & Research Centre have started a
new Clinical Pharmaceutical Services Program, the first of its kind in
Pakistan. Your suggestions regarding documentation to assess clinical
pharmacy activity, workload assessment, monitoring patients for efficacy &
toxicity of therapy are welcome.
Your help I am sure will help us to improve our services according to
standards as practiced in other parts of the world.
