E-drug: Re:Compulsory Licensing - R.Laing's presentation

At the Geneva meeting I made a presentation at the beginning of the meeting.
A number of people asked me for copies of the presentation.
I have placed the file and html viewable file of a resources page in a
course that I teach. I am still working on the issue and will update the
site next week to include fluconazole and price data from Australia.
If you have any trouble accessing the site please inform me. When a full
paper is written I will place that as text on this and other sites.
