E-drug: Re: Double or dubious standards for regulation and export?

Dear Kirsten,
The drug is available and freely used in Pakistan. And several such
drugs are promoted in our country because of the ruling in our
country's drug law that if the drug is registered in UK, US, China,
Australia, EU or country of origin. Documents regarding the studies
accepted at the time of registration in those countries are also
accepted in our country. Although I am sure that at the time this
ruling was made it was done in good spirit to prepare effective
rules. How do you think we can tackle this problem effectively in
our countries?
