E-drug: Re: Drug Information (nitrazepam)

The standard treatment in UK (see BNF) is to switch to diazepam. The
shorter half-life makes the dosage adjustment slightly easier while
going through the tapering process, but as other correspondents have
suggested it is possible to taper the nitrazepam without a switch.
