The way l see it the term 'CoO' should be used as a catch-all phrase.
The drug system is already very complex and complicated that further
qulification is necessary. So there must be some specificity attached to
the term - CoO in manufacturing, packaging etc. Otherwise we will
introduce too many loopholes for the unscrupulous. Perhaps impossible to
control.

[This comment is not clear to me. Is Dr Razak advocating that the Country
of origin for each stage be documented? Could this be done?
