I agree with Richard Laing and Leo Offerhaus, we should give Michael
Scholtz some time and see what happens, but we should also discuss what
sort of criteria should be used to decide on his performance and when we
should be looking at his performance. I think that a realistic time is a
one year period. As to what criteria should be used that should make an
interesting subject for a discussion.
